5th DREAM BIG
Join us at our next DREAM BIG empowerment event on January 29th at the beautiful ModernWell in Minneapolis from 12-4pm. This year's theme is, "Step Into Your Joy"
This event explores what joy and success look like for each unique person and reminds us of the joy that can be ours when we live our lives honestly. After establishing Group Norms, we will discuss the complexity of joy in our lives, what is at stake when we don't prioritize it, and help each other have courage to step into their joy.
4th DREAM BIG
“Crafting Your Future” was an in-person event hosted at the beautiful and female-owned ModernWell space. New and old friends connected to work on self-love, knowing one’s values and strengths, and how they weave together to shape the dreams we have for ourselves. Activities facilitated self-awareness, vulnerability, appreciation, and invited reflection. Participants left with a Parisian postcard and a rose. The shared meal was catered from Hodma restaurant.
3rd DREAM BIG Event
“Self-confidence and Self-Love” This in-person event was held in the beautiful and female-owned ModernWell space and focused on the role that self-confidence plays in girl empowerment. Group Norms were established by all participants and discussion activities were provided to help participants open up and get to know others deeply in a short amount of time. Participants took time to reflect on the life they wanted to live and the boundaries needed to help focus them to achieve it. The shared meal was catered from Hodma restaurant.
2nd DREAM BIG
During this virtual event “Know Yourself and Love Her”, participants met with DREAM BIG mentors who helped facilitate discussions of the interconnectedness of self-awareness, connection, and mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Group Norms were established and participants from across the country tuned in.
1st DREAM BIG
High school and middle school students met in-person at St. Catherine University with current college students from various studies to explore different interests, goals, and opportunities. Afterwards, groups put their creative minds together to create and then present art to reflect all what being a woman entails. The shared meal was catered from Holy Land and the space was decorated with inspirational messages. Participants left with thank you notes from others who found their presence or insight meaningful.
