DREAM BIG supports girls traveling and living their lives to the fullest. We’re building a world with joyful, intelligent, and strong leaders. Let’s get there together!

Who Are We?

We take the dreams of women seriously and we leave no barrier unturned to make them happen. DREAM BIG was founded by KaSua Vue in 2020 to encourage exploration, curiosity, and self-love amongst girls and women in our community. We’ve touched the lives of over 60 girls and women. What We Do

Our Beginnings

During senior year of college, KaSua recognized the importance of having spaces for driven women to gather and be empowered to do great things. Using the wisdom gained from leadership experiences, KaSua created a day with uplifting messages, catered a shared meal, had conversations of identity, and explored future possibilities and dreams with originally her sisters, cousins, and nieces. She called the event DREAM BIG and it garnered interest from other young women seeking community for exploration and healing.

Moms seeking exposure and inspiration for their daughters also took interest in DREAM BIG. After college, KaSua continued to create and self-fund more successful programs and events. Since 2020, it has gained popular community support, earned donations from men and women of all backgrounds, collaborated with other female-owned businesses, and earned two mini-grants from the Coalition of Asian American Leaders and Youthprise.
